The seller marked this item as dispatched two days after I paid. 10 days later it had still not arrived, so I sent an enquiry. They then cancelled the order & refunded my payment, with no explanation or apology. So much for "a diverse and exciting shopping experience", as claimed in their store notice. Very discourteous.

"We did send a message explaining the situation and offering our sincere apologies." ?? No you didn't, liar ! There was NO message sent via Ebay, and NO message received by e-mail. And if you "encountered ongoing stock issues with our supplier" on April 14th, how could you mark the item as dispatched 10 days earlier?? That marking was apparently false. Do not trust this seller !
