Item was damaged when arrived with a number of areas bent and dented. It was clearly a return. The seller tried to blame it on transit damage but this was not possible with the condition of the item compared with the packaging; even though it was packaged poorly. They have now stopped responding. Very poor, don't buy from them. The bent area were worse than the photos show as I had to bend them back as best I could to install it.

This buyer claimed a clearly new item was "used", yet wanted to keep this "used" item alongside a partial refund. This used item was "fixed" and then "used" by the buyer.All was done by us to resolve the issue, but the request was unreasonable and could not be resolved.

    Simple, quick, effective. It exceeded my expectations. Brilliant!

    This is my first steam generator. I've always chosen standard irons, but having experienced the Tefal Express Airglide SV8022 Steam Generator Iron, I would recommend it to anyone who questions the effectiveness of an iron with no visible heat settings. I had to descale the iron. This wasn't difficult, although the iron stand required for this wasn't included in this item (Part no. CS-10000038). i improvised using the draining rack I had on my kitchen sink to prop up the iron to allow the steam to escape. I ran the decalc process three times to completely clean any residue, and then set to work on my stack of clothes. I must say, I was amazed at how simple, quick, and effective this iron is. It glides through all types of material, delivering the appropriate amount of steam. I don't know ...
