It's a brand new laptop despatched in a well secured sealed box together with power cable and ac adapter. It is undamaged. The only issue is it's body colour. It's dark grey and not black as described by the seller.However I'm happy to work with it and recommend the seller to anybody who expects a quality and prompt service.
