Even though I paid for the postage, the package did not arrive intact because the packaging was not suitable for the goods which was simply placed inside a cardboard envelope without impact protection and the seller told me to contact Royal Mail to resolve the issue. That's is not fair in my opinion because is not the Royal Mail's fault in thus case.

Buyer claimed item was not new and sealed when advert clearly said "preloved, little used, please see images". Images of actual item were provided. Buyer then claimed item arrived damaged due to ill packaging. Buyer was simply and clearly only aiming at receiving refund . It's time Ebay allows for appropriate feedback to be left for scammers.

I ordered a 100 ml Angel Muse perfume from this seller . And the bottle never arrived. I informed her of what had happened and she patiently worked with me via email, kept the communication open until she was able to resolve this matter. I can gladly say that she sent me two 50ml of the Angel Muse Mugler perfume to make it up to 100 mls and throw in some 7 Angel Mugler perfume testers which I was very pleased to receive. She choose special delivery and the goods were packaged well. Thks.
