Item received was USED not new as described. Showed seller pics of hair wrapped in attachments, he wanted me to ship back and he would reship another one. Worried about being here in time for Christmas and he said I should just return for refund. No discount offered for his fault. Not fast in his responses. To be fair, a full refund was issued on the 3rd day after delivery but still left a bad taste. Would not recommend as this was a complete waste of my time.
