Great customer service. My original package was lost in transit. They sent out a new one which arrived the day after it was dispatched. Very helpful team 5* ��. I ordered the Berghaus red self inflating pad. Looks great. Comes with a carry bag with handle on one end and toggle fastener at the other end. Also has clear instructions on maintenance and care/storage, and has a repair kit too.
