It was meant to have a small dent on side
But arrived very badly damaged on bottom meaning it wouldn’t sit straight, and drum bangs loudly.
Contacted them several times.
They basically stated it’s working and we aren’t accepting it back.

I checked reviews and was impressed. The delivery was very good, my fridge arrived in a couple of days. I was nervous about buying a reconditioned fridge, however I think it's a great buy. It looks new, apart from a few minor exterior marks which were listed. It works well. Customer service and communication is excellent. Compared to Currys I have saved myself £100 on buying the cheapest fridge they have. This one is probably much better. A happy customer 😊
