Replaced within 48 hours, but the replacement was jammed into the letterbox, and broken, almost in two. I repaired the first on with JB Weld and Superglue...the replacement went into the Council Recycling bin. Could not recommend based on the damage, even though not the sellers fault...Shame

Basic and good value.
Basic replacement keyboard. My only grumble is that it does not have a Function key (bottom left) so the volume control cannot be operated via the direction keys nor can the secondary function keys so no easy access to functions like screen lock. Still well worth the price.

I wish I had spent a little more and got a branded one.
Some of the keys need to pushed down exactly vertical, otherwise they jam. The problem seems to be slowly getting better, but I wish I had spent a few pounds more and got a "proper" branded one.

This is a great keyboard for the price, it works well and feels great. My only concern is that the lettering is only stickers and I'm wondering how long they will wear but replacements can be bought cheaply and easily. Excellent value for money.

I'm utterly un-tecchie-savvy so got my daughter to help me buy another basic keyboard when my old one for my even older PC (yes I know!) began to stick.
