The plant was shipped, and arrived, late. It was very badly packaged, just wrapped in plastic, so it arrived damaged. It's bent and can't be straightened out. The overall quality is very poor. It looks very plasticity and fake. When attempting to leave a negative review, eBay prompted me to contact the seller before doing so, which I did. The seller responded by accusing me of somehow bribing them, suggesting I was demanding a refund or else I'd give a bad review.
