Classic Slasher With Iconic Antagonist
If you are looking for a fairly definitive collection of the Freddy Kreuger franchise (aside from the Freddy/Jason crossovers), you're in the right place. Not that horrific by 2020 standards (although it has its moments), but generally a lot of fun. As the films stack up, more is seen of Freddy (with Robert Englund having a great time in the role) and the special effects get better, as all the angles for bringing back Freddy are gleefully explored. Nightmare Revisited
I was very happy to find this box set / collection as I had not seen these films for years. You could probably put the films in the early slasher movie bracket with a watchable storyline plus I always thought Heather Langenkamp was lovely plus Freddie K was played by Robert Englund from the TV series V. Very worth watching.
