Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase all items must be returned for a refund.
 
 
Orders before 14:00 are dispatched the same working day where possible and orders placed after 14:00 are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday.
 
Please remember delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
 
Unfortunately we do not dispatch orders on bank holidays. Please note Saturday does not count as a working day.

We have a 30 return/cancellation policy on all items. All items reported as not received must be reported to ourselves within 14 working days from dispatch date.

Our refund will cover the cost of the full original payment, including any original postage, but you are responsible for any return postage and packaging costs.

    Rubbish ~ my kids plastic scissors cut better

    Probably the worst ever pruners I have seen. My old rusty ones cut better. They don't even cut through a soft cuttings. There are cheap rubbish and then these. Should never be on sale to anyone. If you buy these pruners, expect to throw them in the bin. Don't even bother taking them out of the packet, not worth the wasted energy.
