Son felt scammed if honest, the picture's are very misleading & with very un-environmentally friendly overly excessive packaging for what you actually get in the contents! The instructions pictured & listed are not included! the delivery took an age & had to open a case & the seller is not really interested & only wanted to know about what we thought of the new wax & ignored everything else that was mentioned in the case disappointing AVOID!

Sorry but i think that's a really unfair neg fb. I explained that your purchase was shipped as stated in the listing and that we have no control over the couriers - we do our part. As for the instructions, this wasn't mentioned or seen by us otherwise it will of been emailed to you then shipped. As for the packaging, we would send with less but we do not want it damaged in transit.
Really sorry that we didn't meet your expectations but that wasn't our intention
