POSTAGE:
Please note we currently only post to addresses within the UK.
 
All items are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order.

WARRANTY:
Our goal is to offer an excellent customer service experience both before and after sale, that’s why we offer a 30-day warranty on all our products from the date you receive the item.
 
All TV’s and Monitors sold by us come with a Return To Base (RTB) warranty. This means that in the event of a fault, it’s the buyers responsibility to return the item back to us for repair or replacement.
 
RETURNS:
In the unfortunate event that you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact our customer support team using “Contact Seller” button for assistance.
 
With change of mind refunds the buyer is responsible for the returning the item to us. Please note the original shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore we reserve the right to make a partial deduction to cover the costs of the initial postage, packaging and re-stocking. As of 1st of April 2024, the costs of shipping are: Small items: £7.50; Large items: £9.50, with costs of packaging ranging from £2 to £4.50, depending on the size of the item.
 
If you do have to return a faulty item, it must be sent back in its original packing together with all the accessories. Once the item is delivered back to us, it will be inspected by our in-house technician and a refund process initiated within 2 business days. Your refund will be sent to your original payment method and funds are usually available within 3-5 business days.
 
If a return is arranged by the seller and found to be no fault found, the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, has been tampered with or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn t packaged correctly, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund to cover the cost of the return or loss in the item s value.
 
The Serial/IMEI numbers of any item returned to us will be checked against the original item sent to you. If the serial/IMEI numbers do not correspond, the warranty claim will be void and buyer reported.
