Extremely disappointed with bushy ball I ordered. Chose this specific product because its diameter was stated as being 10cm and I already had one this size which was ideal. However the one I have received is at most 9cm diameter, certainly no more. I would not have ordered the item if I had known it was less than 10cm diameter. Contacted the seller and received completely unsatisfactory response - did not even deny the discrepancy. Do NOT believe what is written in description. Feel conned.
