Not as described it’s not a cake topper it’s a full size balloon and all I get told is to blow it up to fit the cake which if you blow it to fit the cake it looks discoloured and cannot see green bits …I’ve ordered them before and they are not suppose to be full size balloons ….AVOID pic of balloon which shows it’s too big to go on top of a cake it is not what you see in their description photo!!!!
