Item wasn’t packed properly. Arrived with a broken glass jar and stand. Herbs has emptied out everywhere so it was absolute mess. Contacted seller for refund which she has not given and said I need to send item back before refund. Even though it arrived later and broken. She has since not reply to correspondence regarding giving me a refund or how she would like me to return the item. Absolutely disgusting. Never had such an experience with eBay before! I WOULD ADVISE YOU NOT TO BUY FROM HER
