Communication was great , they shipped promptly and they are lovely shirts...they are 100% as described, but sizing is a bit different from my many other Ralph Lauren shirts. I mention only as a suggestion, if you are purchasing a Ralph Lauren piece, you might want to ask for sleeve length, to be certain of fit.
