l waste of time and money,the catch on the trap was so flimsy a mild wind could set it off and for it to trap a squirrel intact in the cage with its tail enclosed in the space no way,if it did work with a proper catch I think the squirrel would have suffered immensely by getting it tail trapped in the mechanism,not very humane ?
