Returns and Exchange policy

We have an excellent returns policy with a no quibbles money back guarantee. You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

1. All items returned are new / unworn and in original box with all internal packaging. Please do not apply any tape or stick any labels on the internal box. Please ensure you return your item secure protective packaging, using the original bag we send out is fine providing it is taped up.

2. You provide all your details to help speed your return. This can be your sales record invoice that was sent with the product or the returns form. To follow ebays policy we ask all customer to complete a return request through ebay to get confirmation before returning your item.

3. P & P is not refunded unless in the unlikely event that your item is faulty or we have made an error. This is very rare as all products are checked before dispatch.

4. If you would like an exchange please state the product you would like to exchange for, including the item number. ALL EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO STOCK, if we do not have your requested item we will action a refund for you. We offer free postage to send the new item to you, all you need to pay is the postage to return the item to us.
