    Doesn’t work

    Good size and easy to set up but doesn’t get hot enough to work. It gets warm but I’m able to put my hand on it and spray the steam onto my hand and it’s not hot at all. Has no effect on clothes or bedding as it just doesn’t get hot enough. Returned for refund. Good idea, just bad implementation

    Poor quality

    Could not use the steamer because the steamer plug broke as I tried to remove it. I am not heavy handed due to arthritis but this was very a flimsy plug it split in two, this could be dangerous to use due to the hot steam
