---Payment---
Payment can only be made by PayPal via eBay. To ensure your purchase is protected it will only be delivered to your registered PayPal address. Payment for 'Buy It Now' purchases must be made immediately. Once your payment has been received we will send you a confirmation email. Our listed prices include VAT at the standard rate.
If your item needs to be shipped to an alternative address please update the address in PayPal before placing your order. We will only ship to your registered PayPal address
Payments via Unconfirmed addresses within Paypal may delay the process of the order and will involve further security checks. Please ensure your address is confirmed to ensure quick dispatch of your orders.

Your item will be dispatched using Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the weight of the product. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Items cannot be left in the porch or shed. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you on dispatch of goods.
We do not ship overseas.
If you provide an incorrect delivery address and we are unable to deliver, then we may treat the order as cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods. The refund will be less the cost of carriage costs Mighty Micro have incurred.
 
---Returns---
Cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (formerly Distance Selling Regulations).
 
You may cancel the contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations by notifying us no later than 14 working days after we deliver the goods that you are cancelling the contract.
 
You may not cancel your contract with us under the Consumer Contracts Regulations where any computer software has been unsealed by you. We will not accept the return of software where the cellophane on software has been opened or software has been installed. Unless the software is part of a package (e.g. the software is included by the manufacturer in the box of a PC and the PC is faulty).
 
The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. If the item does not include the original packaging a charge may be made. We reserve the right to make a minimum charge of £50 to restore a used computer or printer back to factory default settings. Please note you cannot return a used computer or printer to us under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
 
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation, to retain possession of the goods that have been delivered and take reasonable care of them.
 
If you cancel the contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you must return the goods to us at your own expense.
 
You must take care to ensure that Mighty Micro receives the goods and the goods are not damaged in transit.
 
Failure to do so might result in a breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care and Mighty Micro will have a right of action against you to withhold a refund.
 
If you cancel the contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and do not return the goods as required, we may charge you our direct costs of recovering the goods. You must take care to ensure that Mighty Micro receives the goods and the goods are not damaged in transit. Failure to do so might result in a breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care and Mighty Micro will have a right of action against you to withhold a refund.

Ricoh 0330 123 0311Faulty items are any product that we supply to you which do not conform to the contract. The following are not classed as faulty items:
Any items that fail due to normal wear and tear, accident, wilful damage, failure to follow instructions, negligence by you or a third party, use otherwise than in accordance with their intended use, or any modification or maintenance carried out without the prior approval of Mighty Micro or the products manufacturer.
You need to inform us as soon as possible if you find that any items on your order are faulty. If you return items because you think they are faulty, we may charge you the delivery costs and any costs and expenses involved if it is found that the items returned are not actually faulty.
In the first instance we will attempt to rectify the fault promptly. Failing that a replacement of a similar aged product will be offered. In some instances when this is not possible a partial or full refund will be offered depending on circumstances.

---Returning Items---
Our returns are handled on a queued system. To avoid unnecessary delays please always ensure you have a valid RMA before returning goods. Every effort is made to process returns quickly but please be aware that sometimes things can be held up if we are waiting for replacement parts or goods from our suppliers.
If returning items to us for any reason (e.g. if you have cancelled the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations or you think they are faulty) you should:
Ensure that they are adequately and securely packaged and labelled with our address;
Be aware that you are responsible for any damage during transit that is due to incorrect or inadequate packaging by you and that you are responsible for any damage or loss in transit.
Please follow these instructions for returning items to us:
It is important to get a Unique Authorisation Returns Number before returning any product. To obtain this number please email our Customer Services at auctions@mighty-micro.co.uk
Once you have obtained the unique number write it along with your name on a blank piece of paper and attach it to the box. To help speed the process please write the reason for return or a brief description of the problem and include with the item in the box. Then post it to us within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds will be credited to your debit/credit card no later than 30 working days after we receive your returned goods.
 
---Returning by post/courier---
Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us. You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return and ensure that there is adequate insurance. We recommend items are sent by a method that requires signature upon delivery.

Good Printer, well priced and good supplier with fast delivery. Works great with Windows and Chromebook computers but Linux won't work with this model (it was never claimed to). However nor for some reason can my Google Pixel phone find it using the intended Epsom app. However does most things very well so I'm quite happy with my purchase.

    The printer is a fair price But the ink price is extortionate. Makes me afraid to print anything. Even compatible inks are ridiculous in price. The all in one printer performs well in the tasks I have so far given it. Performance Good Usage Expensive

    An excellent all round graphics device.

    There was no ink, but when I bought some non-Epson ink, it made excellent colour prints of my photographs and flawless text printouts. The scanner is excellent.
