I purchased a bike light which doesn't last half an hour once fully charged. Messaged the seller who only send one message per day sonthe conversation went on for about 2 weeks. They asked me to accept a partial refund which I rejected. Finally weeks later I was told they would send a replacement which I never received. The language barrier seems to be a problem with the seller. Eventually I have had to purchase another light for my bike as it is needed more now it's the dark nights.
