So the item arrived in perfect condition and was easy to use. Definately easier to use when elevated for drainage purposes. Only con is, I didn't know how to find or access the filter to clean it, as the instructions weren't clear in regards to the filter. Filters need to be cleaned regularly or your clothes will soon be covered in filter fluff.Definately make sure the size is right, it was too big for me so I returned it.

The item doesn't match the photos and the description. The delivery person was extremely aggressive and didn't leave me the time to check the box. I have emailed the seller. Someone called Betty replied to providde more details and I proved that nothing matched. This morning another adviser, Esther, told me that the box ws actually right and I received the right item. I replied asking to organize a free item return and giving me a refund. The item was listed with a cheaper price than paid.
