I requested a cancellation of this order about 5 minutes after placing when I found an apparently different supplier with exactly the right model number (RBC30SESA rather than RBC30SET) - this was refused on the basis that it had already been dispatched (in 5 mins?).
Unfortunately I assumed the order would be cancelled and ordered the one with exactly the right model number (RBC30SESA). Both arrived the same day and are identical and from the same supplier! Oh well, at least I have a spare!
