Item was exactly as pictured, well priced, delivered quickly, and precisely what I was looking for. This was a replacement for an item my wife had, but it got bleached when a bottle of cleaner opened in the bag while carrying it home. I Would have given five stars except the shoulder strap was not present in the delivery. To be fair, the strap is not present in the photo, but I also think stating that there would not be a shoulder strap would have been a good thing to mention in the description.
