We guarantee that the goods that we supply will be to the correct specification as advertised, however we are unable to guarantee precise compatibility or suitability. Very nice, elegant and comfortable but a) when I asked (twice) what the floor to seat height range was I was totally ignored (on each occasion), I had to find this out from an alternative supplier (seat more expensive though), b) the instructions are almost illegible in parts, c) there is a strut from the seat base to the back which is not references in the instructions, so I removed it, it is needed to support the back, d) one of the bolt holes was misaligned, I had to tap it with a hammer.

    Surprisingly good

    You can pay much more for a chair like this and that without the heat and vibration features, so I had some doubt about the design and finish before it arrived, however I am impressed by this chair. It was relatively easy to assemble and one small hiccup was dealt with quickly and effectively by the vendors. All in all a very satisfactory product, if I needed it, I'd readily buy another.

    Stylish and comfy chair

    Lovely chair, very comfortable with lots of adjustment. I was sceptical about the massage functions but these and the heater work surprisingly well and are actually really nice. It comes disassembled obviously but is pretty logical to put together which is lucky as the instructions I got were not well printed so very hard to make out. Overall recommended for the price but could do with better assembly instruction..

    So good I bought three.

    This chair is very well made and easy to assemble.Instructions are graphic but easy to follow. There is nothing flimsy about it and for the price is extremely great value. Friends thought it would cost £150-£200. It is well padded and very comfortable, and the heat and massage facilities are wonderful. It is so good I have bought three of them for myself and family. The only problem I have had is the right side armrest comes loose towards the back but is easily pushed back into place. A spot of glue on assembly would stop that. It has a 3 pin plug in low voltage transformer,( like a phone charger). The power cable is easily trapped under the casters so take care when moving the chair. There is a pouch on the right side to fit the wired remote control into so it is always at hand. ...

    My New Study Chairs

    Received the chairs next day a Saturday wow some delivery system. Took me about 35 mins to put the first one together & about 20 for the 2nd one everything went together perfectly no missing screws everything locks up nice & tight. The leather seats look & feel very good. very pleased with the product. if I have to moan about anything it's the base unit screws they must have ben put in by a Sumo wrestler My advice get an Allen key with a handle it will save you time. All Said great chairs & the electrics worked 1st time
