    Easy and efficient.

    This was a buy to replace an old machine and it is easy to use and you can't make the mistake of walking away and the cup overflowing as it has an automatic cut-off.

    Not impressed

    Vibrates to much. I put a rubber mat underneath and it still vibrates. very noisy. Did not come with a manual. I went to nescafe site and they did not have any manuals available. I had to go to You Tube site to get instructions. The coffee prices on Nescafe are very expensive even with buy 2 get 3 pods. It is cheaper to go to any shop to get pods and quicker. Took over 2 weeks to get coffee from them

    have friends who have one ,theirs is very good.

    Will have to get on to the retailer as there seems a fault with the pod holder jamming,it works now and again,great when working just spent twenty minutes trying to figure out what is wrong.

    Measure’s for you

    We’ve had one of the old type machines for over 5 years & when it went wrong we discovered we couldn’t be without one , and this new one is great, we had to guess when to stop the machine with the milk/coffee on our old one, this one does it for you.
