I recently purchased the Schwartz Blackened Cajun spice mix & have used it to make Cajun Chicken and also go add a little bit of extra zhuzh to a southern fried chicken seasoning, it was so successful that it tasted an awful lot like a famous Southern Fried Chicken (which has 3 initials). Not bad for home cooking during a pandemic!!! I can think of plenty of recipes to try with this & i’d say give it a shot, it’s a great value for money sized pot of spice and can really help you create restaurant quality food at home with ease! Would I buy it again? Without a doubt!! Withdraw I recommend? Absolutely..
