Great seller who was very patient with me and helped with some issues with tracking/delivery. Royal Mail pushed through a card to say that not enough postage had been paid, so I had to pay £3 and arrange a redelivery. But considering how great value the boots are, not too bothered about that, it was more that it caused some confusion.
