Negative feedback is about the product, NOT the seller. The packet had already been opened, completely cut along the top. Item made of very flimsy plastic which broke on the first use. It looks like metal in the photo but is cheap plastic. Seller responded quickly with an offer of £1 refund or to return for a full refund. As it would have cost me the same price in postage I declined. Don’t waste your money on this item.

    Good value

    The kettle is stylish, at a fraction of the cost compared to a well known brand which looks very similar. It doesn’t ‘dribble’ from the spout. Beautiful red colour. Stable on its stand. Not noisy and has a water level indicator, doesn’t take long to boil at its maximum filled capacity. I bought the matching toaster, they look great in my kitchen.

    Very poor design

    Great service from the vendor, very professional. However, the electric kettle design is rubbish. The conical shape of it means the handle is close to, and overhead the spout when pouring. I keep giving myself steam scalds when pouring boiling water. The handle should be on the back of the kettle body, well away from the spout.

    Very surprised!

    For the price this kettle is excellent! I'm really pleased with it. Lovely colour, love the shape and size. Really can't fault it. Fingers crossed it lasts! **update** Its now end of January 2018 and still going strong and still looks good. Definitely recommend!
