The item was new ~ buyer disagreed ~ I Issued a FULL refund Straight away after No response to several Emails trying to sort it out ~ I asked the buyer to remove the Negative feedback ~ He refused ~ I contacted Ebay to immediate But The Buyer Still Declined to remove it or even downgrade to a Neutral ~ Buyer Still has my item and £200 ~ make of it what you will
