Item as described and in very good condition - factory reset and no issues with previous provisioning - very happy - fast delivery - packaged very well but the charger was resting on the screen and a slight scratch - probably in transit - doesn't affect use only cosmetic - not evident in picture - but just one of those things - seller: perhaps put a bag around devices with screens then add accessories in future - but otherwise happy.
