Item was damaged when arrived with a number of areas bent and dented. It was clearly a return. The seller tried to blame it on transit damage but this was not possible with the condition of the item compared with the packaging; even though it was packaged poorly. They have now stopped responding. Very poor, don't buy from them. The bent area were worse than the photos show as I had to bend them back as best I could to install it.

    Excellent iron but a downside.

    Easy to use, glides smoothly on fabrics, and lightweight. Only downside is the darker colour water tank, it is difficult to see the water level when filling, so easy to overflow with water until you get used to how much it holds - a lighter colour would have been ideal.
