The original price got reduced and I used nectar points so I got a very good deal. I purchased it on Wed evening and received it on Friday morning so it was very fast delivery. The coffee maker arrived in exactly the condition described - excellent in itself with a damaged box.

Item delivered quickly and well packaged in original box. Unfortunately when I actually went to use the machine there was a crack in the housing, the crack was only visible when the machine was used and was no fault of the vendors, needless to say they very kindly refunded me straight away. Both buyers and sellers take a chance with second hand equipment, i would certainly buy from them again with confidence as they have demonstrated a fairness which they did not have to.
