Slow dispatch. Parcel sent Tracked48 but never arrived due to water damaged label which was completely avoidable if packaged better & sent from post office counter not parcel drop box. In fairness seller provided prompt refund 5 days after dispatch which was 9 days from purchase (I contacted on 4th day when tracking code still wasn t recognised) but I do feel he could have done better/more to avoid these issues. The parcel was returned to him by PO 9 days after despatch.
