Item arrived today, a little later than expected due to delays at Parcel force and being kept at York depot from 04.22 hrs Friday morning until delivery Monday 12.30 hrs.Apart from the delay, this was an easy buying experience. The Item arrived all as described in sealed manufacturers packaging.Very easy to assemble and a very well made and specified cordless vacuum.Thank you Ula for your excellent communications and professional friendly service. A superb eBayer, the original appliance arrived crushed, it was very well packaged but something had hit it or it had fallen over/been stacked in error during transit. A host of apologies were sent and a solution promised, a new appliance arrived with UMK but it was a newer version which although was a great solution, it was not matching to the existing oven as per the item. UMK sourced a replacement and delivered it in person from Birmingham to Brighton to avoid any further issues. A+++++++++++
