well packaged and delivered to collection point on time.. my only disappointment was not getting a text to say it was ready for collection, having printed off proof of purchase and delivery. I went to the collection point and explained, cutting a long story short they had to contact ebay for a eCP code. without this they could not register the item on there system as received. I would use this vender again
