RETURNS INFORMATION
 
General Returns Information:
 
- If you wish to return any item you must contact us beforehand to obtain authorisation.
- Returned items must include your full details including name, address, contact number and reason for return. Failure to include this information will increase processing time.
- Standard warranty period for items is 6 months unless stated otherwise within item condition description.
 
Buyer Cancellations:
 
- It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and send the item back to us within 30 days of sale.
- Goods must be returned in their original packaging and the original condition in which you received it.
- Only item price refund will be given for any returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Original shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
 
Faulty Products Within 30 Days Of Sale:
 
- Replacement (if available) will be given on our receipt within 30 days of sale.
- Credit or refund will be given if goods not available.
- If item is found to be faulty within 30 days of sale we will refund the return postage costs. Note: The most cost-effective shipping service with tracking must be used to return a product. Express shipping service costs will not be refunded.
 
Faulty Products Over 30 Days Of Sale:
 
- For warranty claims over 30 days of sale we reserve the right to attempt to repair the product. If irreparable, we will issue a like-for-like replacement (if available) or a similar product.
- For warranty claims over 30 days of sale the product must be returned at the customer's cost.
- For all warranty claims over 12 months the customer must refer to the manufacturer.
- If for any reason an item is replaced or repaired during the 1 year warranty period the warranty on the new item will be calculated from the date of the original sale.
 
Other Returns Information:
 
- For all 'new' items purchased the customer must register the item with the manufacturer for warranty purposes.
- The item must be used in accordance with the instructions supplied.
- Warranty exclusions: The seller shall not be liable to replace or repair the item under the terms of the warranty where: 1) The fault has been caused or is attributable to accidental use, misuse, negligent use or used contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions. 2) Batteries and damage from leakage are not covered by the warranty.
- This warranty does not confer any rights to the customer other than those set out above and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage.
- In the unlikely event of failure to resolve any dispute with the customer and such dispute is escalated to small claims court or higher authority then this will be subject to UK law and proceedings will take place within the jurisdiction of the West Midlands.

- Our opening times are Monday to Friday, 9am until 5.30pm.
- We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day.
 
Shipping & Handling:
 
- There is a 24 hour dispatch time for orders. Delivery times are approximately 2-3 business days to UK mainland destinations for standard deliveries. Express delivery times are approximately 2 business days to UK mainland destinations.
- Offshore destinations i.e. Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands may be subject to additional shipping costs. This applies to larger products which are sent through couriers. Any additional shipping cost will be automatically added by Ebay during checkout.
- Scottish Highlands include the following postcodes: All IV postcodes, AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30-41, PH49-50. Scottish Islands include the following postcodes: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.
- If you wish to change a shipping address for an order please contact us with the new address as soon as possible. Please note that in some cases it may not be possible to do so.

    An excellent purchase

    Delighted with my Kitchen Genie as I have found that it performs better than the more expensive ones that I have owned in the past. In particular cakes and doughs are more evenly mixed with no unmixed bits left in the bottom of the bowl. The bowl is also well designed with no sharp edges. Overall a good mixer which does its job well.
