I ordered this item and then our property flooded so the delivery could not be made, I had it redirected to the local pick up point and the box had been a little battered (through no fault of the supplier) so some of the items were missing. I asked for the items to be replaced together with photos of the box. Within 24 hours they had said that they had sent a replacement and a couple of days later I received it in perfect condition.
