Ordered the OUD scent, paid 50p more , was sent the sandalwood scent ,the cheaper option...no REFUND or offer of any apology one informing him to add insult to injury I was told that I received OUD. This was bought as a gift for someone who loved OUD not sandalwood. A £30 burner purchased with this item malfunctioned right away, and holds no charge despite charging for hours. Seller is very unhelpful and unethical_ as he opened a case against me, to block the refund and negative feedback.
