I'm not sure if you are aware, your order is not due to be posted until next month. All items with CUSTOM in the title are made to order, so there's a lead-in time for dispatch reflected by the number of other people waiting too. I understand you'd like the shoes posted straight away, but the dispatch time is clearly indicated on the order page and in the description. Anyone not willing or able to wait for their order to be completed, can request to cancel their order for a refund at any time
