Very disappointed, I made an offer as the listing allowed but the seller did not respond within the allotted time. The listing was incorrect and NAS only had one drive instead of two. I asked for a reduction in price which was offered and I accepted.
The item was not immediately despatched so had to chase seller, was told it would be dispatched on Monday but was not so chased again, seller had issued a refund and told me item was now faulty.
All in all a very dissapointing experience.
