The only thing that stopped this feedback being negative, is that I don't want to ruin your 100% positive feedback, and the apology sounded pretty genuine. There's nothing more frustrating than buying something you need, and then waiting patiently for it, and 2 days after it's supposed to arrive, being told that they can't find it and it shouldn't be listed because they don't know where it is. Total waste of my time. I now have to buy another and wait for that.

Firstly the seller is NOT at fault here. The seller was let down by the useless Evri/packlink service. Over 10 days to deliver! Useless! The seller on the other hand was brilliant, A1 communication, item is superb, as described and certainly worth the money!
