The seller said the screen was the only issue the phone had(so a screen replacement would get it back in shape) but that was far from what I received, the device had more faults which weren't mentioned in the description. Honestly, I'm so disappointed in this seller👎🏼. I contacted the seller before doing anything else but he replied as though the matter never concerned him at all, he just claimed the phone was fully functional. I honestly don't recommend this seller! Don't risk your money!

Buyer first claims the item has non-mechanical faults which it didn't have when shipped, then demands return label to UK from... Zambia. Then he demands refund without sending the - allegedly faulty - item back. Clearly a scammer going for easy money and raging when it didn't work. Terrible attitude and a nightmare to deal with, not recommended. AVOID.
