Excellent service! When I didn't answer a message querying my order, they phoned me to make sure it was dispatched quickly. They used a "real" courier rather than the "cheapskate" services favoured by many. The laptop isn't in mint condition but at this price, you should expect a little wear and tear... and it works just fine. Very good battery. 16G was listed for the same price as 8G, so I ordered 16G but actually got an 8G. But with the price issue, this is what I expected. Overall very happy.

Fiddly setup, but works well
A bit fiddly to set up, and required a couple of changed cables. Had to substitute a super VGA cable for my existing DVI cable, but had them as spares so no problem. DVI is not usable for this product. Once set up as per instructions, no problems, works exactly as intended. I use the illuminated swirch on top of unit rather thab the software switch.
