Only received 5 of the 6 boxes of coffee, contacted seller, they would only refund me £2.00, if you divide 19.99 by 6 = £3.30. Their reply was that's not how it's works, due to ebay fees and cost of postage, so just to be clear I was missing a product, I pay for the ebay fees and postage. If your happy with this kind of customer service, crack on, I personally find it totally unacceptable.
