In the unlikely event you get any problems we try to make our returns or repair service as simple as possible. If the valid fault occurs within the first 30-day's of delivery we will always offer you being the customer either a repair, exchange or refund. In the case of any fault occurring under warranty we the seller only cover return postage costs for the first 3 months of the warranty period.

Delivery & Damages:
 
Please thoroughly inspect goods upon receipt (visually & powered on) and report any delivery damage or missing parts/accessories within 4 days of receiving the item, with the exception of TVs with a screen size of 39" screen or above which we require the reporting of damage or missing parts within 48hrs of receipt of the product add up to 5 images to show the reason you're returning the item for and showing any scratches or defects.
 
We will not be held responsible for any damage or missing parts parts/accessories reported after the 4 days from the day of receipt or 48hrs if the item is a TV of 39" or above unless otherwise agreed on in writing through eBay messages before purchase.
 
Returns & Refunds
 
If the goods you received as arrived damaged, faulty or developed a problem whilst under guarantee please follow the steps below.

After we approve the return, please return the item unopened, unused, in the same condition it was received in and with it's original packaging using your preferred postage method.

    Good purchase if needed

    Seems like a good piece of kit. Very easy to set up and operate. Has some good features and particularly the dimmer option which allows a sensible brightness to be achieved. Small and very compact and would recommend to anyone in the market for such an item.

    Sony Clock.

    The sony clock was as discribed delivery was good however, I found the clock more than a little difficult to set. The dimmer has three settings witch is great. Sound quality of the raido is good and the alarm works well starting low and increasing. Up to now all good.

    Ideal bedside companion . . .

    It's no bigger in mass than a coffee cup but the radio has sound of real quality, particularly with speech. And the time display is just right, not dominating a dark room but just discernible enough in the gloom.

    Very poor alarm clock is always fast.

    I bought this to replace an alarm clock that would always end up 10 minutes fast, no matter how much I manually set the time. This Sony one ends up between 20 and 25 minutes fast. The thing I liked about the previous one was it was intuitive so I didn't need to read the manual to do anything else on it, The buttons were clear to see and clearly labelled, but this Sony one is awful in comparison. This is the last Sony product I'm going to buy after having a few other Sony products that went faulty or are just badly designed. They used to be my go to Brand but in recent years their quality and design has become second rate.

    Good but a few slight issues

    I'll start with the good points - It's well designed, the clock can be dimmed (3 settings) if you choose, the speaker sounds good. It also has a manual tuner wheel and volume. The volume wheel also has a little dot so you can feel where it's at without looking. As for negatives; the clock seems to run fast and over the past roughly 4 years, the clock has become 20 minutes fast! It can be easily set back to the correct time however. I have another one of these clocks and that one emitted an annoying high pitched noise all the time. After about 1 year, it randomly stopped doing it so not sure what is going on there.
