Cancellation:
 
We aim to same day dispatch all orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank holidays) therefore if you wish to cancel an order we will need to know prior to 12pm on the day of dispatch.
To guarantee that your order has been cancelled we would advise that you contact use through eBay Messages during working hours (9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday).
 
• We only accept payment through PayPal and immediate payment is required. Products will be dispatched within one working day after the payment has been cleared.
• We are an online business so we do not allow collections or cash payments.
 
Delivery:
 
• Standard Second Class/ Signed for Delivery Service within UK mainland is free. If you would like to upgrade to First Class or Special Services, please check individual listing for that option.
• If delivery is missed then items are held at the local depot for few days. Please arrange redeliver with them.
• If the item is returned back to us (either due to missed delivery or address being wrong) we will charge our admin/postal cost for refund or re-delivery.

• If you change your mind and wish to return or exchange the product, you must notify us within 48 – 72 hours of the receipt of the product and obtain a RMA number.
• We must receive the product within 10 working days for UK and 25 days for international buyers.
• Buyer will pay the postage cost (we will deduct postage and admin cost if refund is required or will charge postage cost for exchange).
 
Faulty:
 
• If you discover product is faulty you must notify us within 48 hours and obtain RMA Number. Failing to notify us within 48 - 72 hours can lead us into denying a return/refund.

• You must write your RMA number, name and full address on the return package.

    ok hoover

    brought this one to replace my zannusi hoover which still works fine but catch broke that holds it upright found this one more heavier than my old hoover which was really light easy to use empty and clean .this one is a bit more fiddler when changing to pipe [my old one had a switch that you turn from floor use to the pipe ]this one you have to unclip pipe connect hose then unclip all to put back again [the filter in my old hoover was easier to clean ]this one needs a lot more cleaning but the hoover is good with good suction it is light compared to some other hoovers but if you want a lighter one go for the zannusi one [is a bit more expensive than this one]

    Not bad...

    So far the hoover has been easy enough to use, however, when I tried to use the hose feature with the small brush (to vacuum into corners) there was no suction - I realise I may have been using it incorrectly, but since there was no manual sent with the hoover I have no way of knowing. The normal suction seems fine, though, so that's the main thing as far as I'm concerned.

    Great low priced vacuum cleaner

    Long lead, easy to use with super long stretchy hose. Easy to empty and keep clean. Various floor settings and the hose pick up is pretty powerful for a low priced vacuum cleaner. I had a similar older model which I really liked and lasted me for over 7 years with no problems. So just wanted the newer version. I’d have had the old model again if it had been around. This seems just as good so far. If it serves me as well as the last one I’ll be happy. Sadly the little brush was missing but guess I can buy that!?

    Hoover breeze evo

    An incredibly light weight and easy to manoeuvre even being 5 months pregnant, much lighter than the hurricane. Was a little skeptical as it felt 'cheap' but picks up dog hairs as well as anything else. Not had a problem with mud, cardboard, Teddy stuffing or anything else thrown at it. Easy to empty and filter easily pops out for ease of cleaning. Sometimes you need to push it a little bit more as the catch doesn't allow it to fall open until you prod it. All in all a very good, light weight machine.

    My back is so much better with an upright hoover

    Bought this upright to replace my vax cylander cleaner which was aggravating my back pain. This is so easy to push on my carpet. You can adjust the brush height. Couldn't believe how much it got out of my carpet. Including all the cat fur! (dog is allergic to it!) Did an excellent job. When I cleaned the stairs, the suction was so strong it was lifting carpet. I had to keep the tool piece at an angle as worried it would lift carpet out of brackets. Only downside is the dust that is left around the top when emptied. Thats because I'm used to having a bag. On the whole it's a great hoover
