This transaction was not a good one sadly, the item never arrived & with no tracking number provided I have to assume it was never sent.
I don’t understand why some sellers on eBay have to waste people’s time, it’s extremely frustrating.
The customer service was very good though, very articulate & polite & a refund was processed quickly once I contacted the seller about the non delivery.
