We apologise for our failure to satisfy this customer with our service. However, this customer placed three orders in our shop and requested refunds for all of them for different reasons, which we agreed to and refunded, yet he left a negative review claiming that we only refunded 50% of the amount for him, which is definitely a false accusation. It is absolutely unreasonable for him/her to request refunds consecutively as well as leave false feedback and we must clarify this here.
